This printed piece was the second generation of our Open Enrollment Invitation. Our first year's solution had been very well recieved, elevating the experience of choosing health benefits, as compared to the thick stack of letter-sized papers we traditionally receive from the major carriers. The goal was to continue building trust with returning members while introducing the value of the service for new members.
User research was an important driver in what we chose to refine for this year's piece, as well as lessons learned operationally as we scaled our client base. The result was an elegant, folder-like structure that gives a high level overview of our membership's concierge-like offerings, paired with flash-card style sheets that break down the financials of each plan — and put even more emphasis on going online to see the full picture.
